Joseph Jerome Farris

Joseph Jerome Farris (March 4, 1930 – July 23, 2020) was an American politician and lawyer. He was the Senior United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit between 1979 until his death.[1] Farris was nominated by President Jimmy Carter. Farris was born in Birmingham, Alabama.

Farris died on July 23, 2020 in Seattle, Washington at the age of 90.[2]
