Juliana Fariña González (21 April 1946 – 29 June 2020) was a Spanish physician.

She graduated from Complutense University of Madrid. She developed echopsy, a form of autopsy using ultrasound.[1][2][3]

She taught at the Complutense University of Madrid.

Fariña González died in Madrid on 29 June 2020.[4]
