Kathleen Marie Marshall (née Soltero; born July 22, 1959) is an American lawyer and politician. She was the 35th Lieutenant Governor of Nevada from 2019 until 2021. She is a member of the Democratic Party and was the Nevada State Treasurer.[1] In 2021, she became the White House Senior Advisor to Governors during the Joe Biden administration.
