Katy Cavanagh
Kathryn Sarah Collins (born 12 December 1973), known professionally as Katy Cavanagh, is an English actress. She is best known for portraying the roles of Julie Carp in the long-running ITV soap opera Coronation Street from 2008 to 2015, PC Mel Draper in the BBC One drama series The Cops from 1998 to 2001, and Anita Kenrick in the ITV drama soap opera Bob & Rose in 2001. She was born in North Shields, Northumberland, but was raised in Bolton, Greater Manchester.
