Kaya Paşakay (born 1943, Istanbul) is the old Turkish politician and businessman.

After completing his secondary education at Galatasaray High School, he went to Switzerland and studied Political and Social Sciences at Lausanne University. He entered the Foreign Office and left the ministry after his sole assignment at the Consulate General of Germany in Nuremberg, and he started to work in the private sector. He is the grandson of Halil Kut Pasha.[1][2]
In 2002,his daughter, Ahu Pashakay,famous turkish model, ended his life by committing suicide at home.[3]
