Keith Michell (1 December 1926 – 20 November 2015) was an Australian actor. He was best known for his television and movie roles as King Henry VIII of England. He was born in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. Michell made appearances on the mystery series Murder, She Wrote, playing Dennis Stanton. He was the artistic director of the Chichester Festival Theatre from 1974 to 1977.[1]

Michell died on 20 November 2015 in London, England of a heart attack, aged 88.[2]
