Kes is a 1969 British drama movie directed by Ken Loach and based on the 1968 novel A Kestrel for a Knave by Barry Hines. It stars Dai Bradley, Freddie Fletcher, Lynne Perrie, Colin Welland, Brian Glover, Duggie Brown and was distributed by United Artists.
