Kraven the Hunter is a 2024 American superhero movie based on the Marvel Comics villain of the same name.
Overview
[change | change source]Directed by J. C. Chandor and written by Richard Wenk, Art Marcum, and Matt Holloway, the movie is the 6th movie in Sony's Spider-Man Universe (SSU), a cinematic universe based on characters related to the superhero Spider-Man.
Aaron Taylor-Johnson stars as Kraven, having played Quicksilver in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015). Rhino and the Chameleon, who are both Spider-Man's enemies like Kraven, also appear in the movie.[source?]
Before Sony decided to make a Kraven movie, they planned to make him the main villain in one of Spider-Man's movies. The movie's budget was $130 million.[1]
