Kåre Valebrokk

Kåre Valebrokk (17 December 1940 – 9 February 2013[1]) was a Norwegian journalist, editor and television executive. He was editor-in-chief and administrative director of TV 2 from October 1999 until June 2007, when he retired. He was the father of economist and editor Per Valebrokk (born 1972). He was born in Kristiansand, Vest-Agder.

Valebrokk died from in his sleep from natural causes on 9 February 2013 in Oslo. He was 72 years old.[2]
