Laura Pergolizzi (born March 18, 1981), known professionally as LP, is an American singer-songwriter and musician. LP has released seven albums and three EPs. LP has written songs for other artists including Rihanna, Christina Aguilera, the Backstreet Boys, Leona Lewis, Mylène Farmer, Cher Lloyd and Céline Dion.[4]

LP is openly a lesbian.[5]
