Lace cuff

Lace cuff it's the name they receive some type of cuffs crafted with lace or embroidery techniques. Especially the embroidered cuffs of the ceremonial garments.

They are used as a complement to various ceremonial garments, both by individuals belonging to the clerical establishment : deacons, priests or bishops, as well as in the civil sphere ( magistrates, judges, etc.) or academics, vgr. doctors, rectors and other university personalities. Within the university clothing, the colors of the cuff will vary depending on the faculty or position of the academic. [1]
