Langford is a city in the province of British Columbia, Canada. It is located on Southern Vancouver Island.

The population of Langford was 46,584 as reported by the 2021 Canadian census.[1] Langford was ranked as both the fastest growing community in British Columbia and the third fastest growing city in Canada in the 2021 census.[2] The mayor of Langford is Scott Goodmanson. It is neighboured with Colwood in the southeast, Highlands in the north, Metchosin in the southwest, and View Royal in the northeast.

The city is named after Captain Edward Langford. Langford settled the area in 1851 when he built a Hudson's Bay Company farm and lived in the area with his family. Langford moved back to the United Kingdom in 1861.[3]
