Larry Koon (politician)

Larry LaBruce Koon (February 18, 1944 – October 15, 2021) was an American politician. He was a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives as a member of the Republican Party from 1975 to 2004.[1][2] In 2004, he lost in a Republican primary runoff against Nikki Haley.[3] He was born in Leesville, South Carolina.

Koon died on October 15, 2021 in Lexington, South Carolina at the age of 77.[4]
