Latheefa Beebi Koya (born 4 February 1973), also known as Kak Lat, is a Malaysian politician, lawyer and human rights activist. She was the fifth Chief Commissioner of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) from June 2019 to March 2020.[1]

She was a member of the People's Justice Party (PKR) and sat on its central executive committee. She was the first woman and first non-Malay to become Chief Commissioner of MACC.
