Lawson, Inc is a chain of convenience stores that is in Japan. It can also be found in other Asian countries, like Thailand, China, the Philippines, South Korea and Indonesia. There are only two stores in the United States. Both of these stores are in Hawaii.[1] Lawson is the third biggest chain of convenience stores in Japan. 7-Eleven is the biggest chain and FamilyMart is the second biggest.[2] Lawson has more than 11,000 stores.[3]

Lawson was started in the United States in 1939 in the state of Ohio.[1]
