The supreme leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, or simply known as the supreme leader of Afghanistan is the head of state and head of government of Afghanistan. The leader is also the commander-in-chief of the Afghan Armed Forces.

Hitbatullah Akhundzada is the second and current supreme leader of Afghanistan, in office since August 15, 2021.
