Legacy of Kain: Defiance is a 2003 platform/action game released for various platforms. It is the fifth entry of the Legacy of Kain franchise.

The player can switch between the material and soul realms as Razel and attack enemies as Kain.

Kain has reunited with Raziel and knows that the Elder God is evil.

The game was made after the success after Soul Reaver 2 and Blood Omen 2.
