Leopoldo Sumaylo Tumalak (29 September 1944 – 17 June 2017) was a Filipino Bishop of the Military Ordinariate of the Philippines[1] He was the incumbent Military Ordinariate of the Philippines since 2005 until his death in 2017. He was born in Santander, Cebu, Philippines.

Tumulak died on 17 June 2017 at a hospital in San Juan City, Manila, Philippines from pancreatic cancer, aged 72.[2]
