Liew Vui Keong

Liew Vui Keong (simplified Chinese: 刘伟强; traditional Chinese: 劉偉強; pinyin: Liú Wěiqiáng; 18 January 1960 – 2 October 2020) was a Malaysian politician. He was born in Kota Belud, Malaysia. He was a member of the Liberal Democratic Party.

He was a member of the parliament between 2008 to 2013 and again from 2018 until his death. He also was the Minister in the Prime Minister's Department from 2018 until 2020. He worked during the Mahathir Mohamad cabinet.

Liew died at a hospital in Sabah, Malaysia on 2 October 2020 from pneumonia caused by spinal surgery, aged 60.[1]
