Lifestylez ov da Poor & Dangerous is the first studio album by American rapper, Big L. Lifestylez ov da Poor & Dangerous was released on March 28, 1995 through Columbia Records. The album featured the singles "Put It On", "M.V.P.", and "No Endz, No Skinz".
The album first appeared on the Billboard 200 at #149. It reached at #22 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.[1] Since August 2000, It has sold over 200,000 copies since August 2000[2]
The album was well received. The Source gave the album 4 out of 5 mics and said "[Big L] comes with ill animated lyrics, combined with metaphors that stun; a combo sure to have suckas on the run".[3]
