Lisa Post (born 27 January 1999) is a Dutch field hockey defender from Eindhoven. She plays with HC Oranje-Rood and the Netherlands women's national field hockey team.[1]

Club Hockey[change | change source]

Burg played with HC Oranje-Rood and moved to SCHC in 2022.[2]

Under-21 National Team[change | change source]

Post played with the national Under–21 team at the 2017 Women's EuroHockey Junior Championship and 2019 Women's EuroHockey Junior Championship.[1]

Senior National Team[change | change source]

Burg made her internatioal debut during the 2019 Women's FIH Pro League.[3] She was selected in the Netherlands squad for the 2022 Women's FIH Hockey World Cup, held in July 2022.
