Listenbourg

Listenbourg is a fictional country located in Europe subject to Internet memes, a fake history, a flag and a national anthem.[1] The country was created by French Twitter user, Gaspardo, to test the stereotype that Americans are bad at geography.[2] Various users have created made up facts about Listenbourg, such as winning the 1986 World Cup, and having international affairs.[3]
