Liu Penzi (Chinese: 劉盆子; 10 AD - after 27 AD)[1] was an emperor of China, who began to rule the Han Dynasty after the collapse of the Xin Dynasty. When Liu Xiu defeated the Red Eyebrows, he decided to spare Liu.[2]
