Livestreaming

From Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Livestreaming is a kind of streaming media which is recorded and broadcast over the internet in real-time or close to real-time. It is known as streaming.[1] There is non-live media such as video-on-demand, vlogs, and YouTube videos as they are technically streamed, but not live-streamed. An example of this would be Twitch, which is a livestreaming video platform.[2]
