Luis Augusto Castro Quiroga (8 April 1942 – 2 August 2022) was a Colombian Roman Catholic prelate. Castro Quiroga was born in Bogota, Colombia.
Castro Quiroga was the Apostolic Vicar of San Vicente del Caguán from 1986 to 1998. He was also the Archbishop of Tunja from 1998 to 2020. He was the President of Episcopal Conference of Colombia two times from 2005 to 2008 and 2015 to 2017.
Castro Quiroga died on 2 August 2022 in Bogota from COVID-19 at the age of 80.[1]
