Lynn Hardy Yeakel (July 9, 1941 – January 13, 2022) was an American administrator and Democratic politician. She was the Director of Drexel University College of Medicine's Institute for Women's Health and Leadership. Yeakel was born in Portsmouth, Virginia.

Yeakel ran for the U.S. Senate in 1992 against Senator Arlen Specter. She unsuccessfully ran for the Democratic nomination for Governor of Pennsylvania in the 1994 election.

Yeakel died on January 13, 2022 in Fort Myers, Florida from a short-illness, aged 80.[1]
