Mónica Luiza Miguel (13 March 1936 – 12 August 2020) was a Mexican actress, telenovela director and singer. She was born in Tepic, Nayarit.[1] She was known for her acting roles in I Dream in Another Language, Más allá del puente and Under Fire. She directed episodes of Teresa.

Miguel died on 12 August 2020 in Mexico City from cancer-related problems, aged 84.[2]
