Marc Meneau

Marc Meneau (March 16, 1943 – December 9, 2020) was a French chef. He earned three stars from the Guide Michelin. He was the chef of the restaurant L'Espérance located in Saint-Père, Yonne. Meneau was born in Avallon, Yonne. He also had a Gault et Millau rating of 19 out of 20. In 1998, Meneau was named Chevalier (Knight) of the Legion of Honour.

Meneau died on December 9, 2020 in Auxerre, Burgundy at the age of 77.[1]
