Margaret Pomeranz (née Jones-Owen; born 14 July 1944) is an Australian anti-censorship critic, television personality writer and [1] She was held by police at the 2003 protest screening of the controversial movie Ken Park. The movie was banned in Australia due to its portraying underage sexual activity.[2]

Pomeranz had an uncredited role in the movie The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert in 1994.

Margaret Pomeranz was born in Waverley, a suburb of Sydney in New South Wales.
