Maria Tipo

Maria Tipo (23 December 1931 – 10 February 2025) was an Italian pianist. Tipo was born in Naples, Italy. Her recordings of Bach's Goldberg Variations and of sonatas by Domenico Scarlatti were awarded the "Diapason d’Or".[1]
Tipo died on 10 February 2025, at the age of 93.[2]
