Marianne Stone

Marianne Stone (August 23, 1922 – December 21, 2009) was an English character actress. She appeared in many movies from the early 1940s through the late 1980s. She usually played landladies, barmaids and other working-class women. She played Mavis in The Angry Silence (1960). In Lolita (1962), she played Vivian Darkbloom.
Stone was born in London, England. She died there at age 87.
