Mark Walter Harris (22 August 1947 – 15 January 2020) was an Australian professional rugby league player. He played as a centre. He played for the Eastern Suburbs (1970–79) and the North Sydney Bears (1980–81). He also played Canadian football for the Montreal Alouettes in the Canadian Football League. He was born in Brisbane, Queensland.

Harris died of throat cancer on 15 January 2020. He was 72.[1]
