Marvin Kaplan (January 24, 1927 – August 25, 2016) is an American actor. He is known for providing the voice of Choo-Choo in Top Cat. He is also known for appearing in the comedy moviea It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (1963) and The Great Race.

Kaplan was born on January 24, 1927 in Brooklyn, New York. His career began in 1948. He was married to Rosa Felsenburg from 1963 until they divorced in 1966.

He died on August 25, 2016 in Burbank, California of heart failure, aged 89.[1]
