Maverique pride flag

Maverique is a term for a non-binary gender identity that is defined by autonomy and view about one's internal sense of self which is not related to or derived from manhood or womanhood, but also is not neutrois or a form of agender.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9]

The maverique pride flag is made of three horizontal equal stripes. Yellow represents abinary gender and being separate from male or female. White represents a blank slate and independence from the gender binary.[10] Orange represents the internal thinking regarding one's own gender, and the definition of the root word maverick.[8][9]

This term was coined by Vesper Hill[3] in 2014 to describe their own identity after finding no existing label that did.[11][12]
