Mayersville, Mississippi
Mayersville is a town in Issaquena County, Mississippi, United States. As of the 2020 census, the town had a population of 433.[1]
Unita Blackwell was the first African American mayor of Mississippi. She served as Mayersville's mayor from 1976 to 2001.[2]
