Mestalla Stadium (Spanish: Estadio de Mestalla Valencian: Estadi de Mestalla) is a football stadium in Valencia, Spain. It is the home stadium of Valencia. It has a capacity of 49,430 seats,[2] which makes it the 8th-largest stadium in Spain.[3]
The stadium has hosted 10 Copa del Rey finals,[4] as well as matches at the 1982 FIFA World Cup[5] and the 1992 Summer Olympics.[6][7]
It is set to be replaced by the Nou Mestalla, which started construction in 2007[8] and will have a capacity of 61,500.[9] It is expected to be completed before the 2027-28 season.[10]
