Migdalel Ruiz (born 3 Marzo 1983) is a Mexican volleyball player.

She played at the 2002 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship,[1] 2002 Women's Pan-American Volleyball Cup, 2003 Women's Pan-American Volleyball Cup, 2006 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship,[2] 2007 Women's Pan-American Volleyball Cup,[3] 2007 Women's NORCECA Volleyball Championship,[4] and 2008 Women's Pan-American Volleyball Cup.

She played for Guanajuato[1] and Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León's women's volleyball team.[2]
