Émile Charles Baillargeon-Laberge (born July 16, 1990) is a Canadian professional wrestler. They currently wrestles for All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and their sister promotion Ring of Honor (ROH) under the ring name "Speedball" Mike Bailey.

Bailey has also made appearances in DDT Pro-Wrestling (DDT), New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), Impact/Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), and New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW).

Bailey has won many championships over the course of their career. In CZW, Bailey was the winner of the Best of the Best 14 tournament in 2015. In DDT, they were a one-time Ironman Heavymetalweight Champion, two-time KO-D Tag Team Champion, and the winner of the DNA Grand Prix tournament in 2016 and Grand Sumo Tournament in 2019. In Impact/TNA, they were a three-time TNA X Division Champion. In NJPW, they won the All Star Jr. Festival USA tournament in 2023, and in PWG, Bailey won the Battle of Los Angeles in 2023.

On the February 22, 2025 episode of Collision, AEW began to air vignettes hyping up and teasing the debut of Bailey.[1] On the March 12 episode of Dynamite, Bailey made his AEW debut. He defeated The Beast Mortos in a semi-final eliminator match in the tournament to determine a number one contender for the AEW International Championship.[2]

Personal life

Baillargeon-Laberge is non-binary and uses both they/them & he/him pronouns.[3] On May 25, 2022, Baillargeon-Laberge married fellow professional wrestler Veda Scott.[4]

Baillargeon-Laberge is also a practitioner of taekwondo and holds a fourth degree black belt.[5]
