Michael Roland Ratledge (6 May 1943 – 5 February 2025) was a British musician. He was a founding member of Soft Machine. He was the last founding member to leave the group.[1] Ratledge was born in Maidstone, Kent.

Ratledge died on 5 February 2025 at the age of 81.[2]
