Miloš Říha

Miloš Říha (6 December 1958 – 31 August 2020[1]) was a Czech ice hockey player and coach. He coached the Czech national team at the 2019 IIHF World Championship.[2] He was born in Přerov, Czechoslovakia. He played as a Forward left.

His played career lasted from 1976 to 1991. He was the 196th overall pick for the Minnesota North Stars. During his career, he played for the Czech teams HC ZUBR Přerov, HC Dukla Jihlava, HC Vítkovice Ridera, PSG Berani Zlín, HC Kometa Brno and SHK Hodonin.

Říha died on 31 August 2020 at a hospital in Prague, aged 61.[3]
