The Ministry of Defense of Georgia (Georgian: საქართველოს თავდაცვის სამინისტრო, sakartvelos tavdatsvis saministro) is the Georgian government ministry which is governing body of Defense Forces of Georgia and it's regulating activities in defence of the country from threats, invasion, territorial integrity and waging wars on behalf of Georgia. The Minister of Defence is appointed and removed by Prime Minister of Georgia. The current minister of ministry is Juansher Burchuladze.
