Mireya Baltra Moreno (25 February 1932 – 17 April 2022) was a Chilean sociologist, journalist and politician. She was a member of the Communist Party of Chile. She was a councillor (1963–1969) and a deputy (1969–1973) for Santiago. She was Minister of Labour and Social Welfare in Salvador Allende's government.[1]

Baltra died on 17 April 2022 in Santiago, Chile at aged 90.[2]
