Mohamed Abdullahi "Farmajo" Mohamed (Somali: Maxamed Cabdulaahi Maxamed Farmaajo, Arabic: محمد عبد الله محمد‎; born 11 March 1962) is a Somali politician and diplomat. He is the 9th and current President of Somalia since 2017. He was Prime Minister of Somalia from November 2010 until June 2011. Farmaajo has a close relationshipn with his prime minister Mahdi Gulaid.[1]
