Fictional character biography[change | change source]

Mon Mothma was a senator of the Galactic Republic in Star Wars. She helped found the Rebel Alliance and she became the chancellor of the New Republic.[3][4]

Fans[change | change source]

Mon Mothma has many fans even though she was in only one scene in the first three movies. Graeme McMillan of Hollywood Reporter says this could be because only four women speak in the first three Star Wars movies, and Mon Mothma is one of them.
