NATO reporting name

"NATO reporting names" are a system of code names for military aircraft and other equipment used by the militaries of Russia, the rest of the former Soviet Union, other former Warsaw Pact countries, and China. The system helps communications in the military which may be confusing or unknown in the western world.[1]
