Nagykanizsa (Croatian: Velika Kanjiža; German: Großkirchen, Groß-Kanizsa; Italian: Canissa; Slovene: Velika Kaniža; Turkish: Kanije) is a city in Zala County in southwestern Hungary. About 45,000 people live there.
