Nahid Islam

Nahid Islam (born in 1998) is a Bangladeshi student activist.[1][2] He has been an ICT advisor to the interim government of Bangladesh since August 8, 2024.[3] He was one of the main coordinators of the anti-discrimination student movement that led to the 2024 Bangladesh Quota Reform Movement, which later turned into a non-cooperation movement that overthrew the government of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.[4] He is currently serving as Chief Advisor to Nobel Peace Prize winner Muhammad Yunus.[5][6]
