Nazr Tahiru Mohammed (born September 5, 1977) is an American professional basketball player. He plays the center position. He is 6 ft 10 in (2.08 m) and 250 lb (113.4 kg). He is aggressive in offensive rebounding and putbacks. He was on the Knicks, Wildcats, Atlanta Hawks, Philadelphia 76ers, San Antionio Spurs, Detroit Pistons, and the Oklahoma City Thunders. He is married to his wife, Mandy Mohammed and has three children, named Sanaa, Nasir, and Amani. He also has a brother named Alhaji Mohammed, who plays for the BC Mures. He had a salary of 352,750 USD annually.

Mohammed was born on September 5, 1977 in Chicago, Illinois. His parents were from Ghana. He studied at Kenwood Academy and at the University of Kentucky. He is now retired.
