Heart of Neufchâtel

Neufchâtel is a French cheese product from Neufchâtel-en-Bray, in Seine-Maritime, Normandy. It generally takes the form of a heart or a small brick. With a salty taste, it has a similar texture of Camembert cheese. It is made from unpasteurized cow's milk. This cheese is protected by an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée.
