From Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Nicolas Den Hane was a bailiff of Vlamertinge around the beginning of the 14th century (1300s). He was mentioned in an investigation of the Vierschaar of Veurne. He had to resolve a conflict between some citizens of Vlamertinge and Jan Vander Kerckhove, the bailiff of nearby Poperinge. The conflict was about defining two Flemings' grounds.[1]
